We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. We typically require a 50% deposit before starting work and the remaining 50% upon project completion.
We offer refunds on the deposit if work has not yet begun. Once development starts, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We always aim to resolve any concerns first and work with you until you're satisfied with the result.
