• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials (images, text, logos) you provide to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required before any project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files or website access are delivered. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed methods.

Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once a project is underway, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the result, within the agreed project scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stark Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in connection with any project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.
